We'll email you a prepaid US return label. Pack the pair in its original packaging and drop it at any USPS location.
Once your return is received and inspected (2–4 business days), your refund posts to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Pairs must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags. For hygiene reasons, worn or washed items cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.
Prefer a different size or color? Note it in your return email and we'll ship the replacement as soon as your original pair is scanned by USPS — no waiting for the full return cycle.
If your order arrives defective or you received the wrong item, email support@magbriefs.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it and cover all shipping.
Items marked FINAL SALE at checkout (typically clearance or last-chance sizes) cannot be returned or exchanged. This will always be clearly labeled before you buy.
