ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation and the item ships. We may refuse or cancel any order — including after confirmation — for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock shortfalls. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Inventory is limited and sizes may sell out. If an obvious pricing or description error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
DISCOUNTS, BUNDLES AND REWARDS
Bundle pricing, GovX verification discounts, and rewards-point redemptions cannot be combined beyond what checkout allows. Rewards points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire or be adjusted if an order is refunded or charged back. Discount codes may be withdrawn at any time.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession. See our Shipping page for processing times and rates.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Unworn, unwashed pairs may be returned within 30 days under our 30-Day Fit Guarantee. Full details, conditions, and exclusions are on our Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at info@magbriefs.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse of discounts, or violation of these terms.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not attempt to interfere with, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or our systems. Do not resell our products as authorized MagBriefs inventory without written permission.
PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
MagBriefs is apparel with integrated pockets. It is not a holster, safety device, or protective equipment, and it does not include a trigger guard. You are solely responsible for safe firearm and magazine handling and for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The MagBriefs name, logo, product imagery, and site content are our property and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MagBriefs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas.
CHANGES
We may update these terms as the store changes. The version posted at the time you place an order applies to that order.
